Currents is an installation that explores the relationship between history, memory, and the land. The cyanotype panels are suspended outdoors and move in dialogue with the same forces they document, continuously shifting and mutating over time in response to the natural elements. The project examines and documents what is often felt but not seen, such as wind, memory, and immigrant histories.

This work was presented at N/A Project Space during Upstate Art Weekend in In ter/situ, curated by Lauren Hirshfield.
